The Sa’real Unwind Private Hire and Bookings Policy

Booking Process
- To secure a booking with The Sa’real Unwind, you will need to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 24 hours before the commencement of the booking.
Deposit Requirement
- A 50% deposit of the total booking cost is required to confirm a booking.
- This deposit is non-refundable.
- The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking process and can be paid through the specified payment methods.
Balance Payment
- The outstanding balance of the booking must be settled in full no later than 24 hours before the agreed booking start time.
- Failure to make the payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking by The Sa’real Unwind without any refund of the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel the booking, the 50% upfront deposit will not be refunded.
- In the event of cancellation by The Sa’real Unwind due to unforeseen circumstances or any other justifiable reason, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the full deposit amount.
Payment Methods
- The Sa’real Unwind accepts various payment methods for both the upfront deposit and balance payment. These will be communicated to you during the booking process.
- Payments can be made securely through the designated payment channels provided by The Sa’real Unwind.
Booking Confirmation
- Once the deposit and balance payment have been received and verified, the booking will be confirmed by The Sa’real Unwind.
- A confirmation email or any other appropriate communication will be sent to you, confirming the details of the booking.
Compliance
- By making a booking with The Sa’real Unwind, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Private Hire and Bookings Policy.
Damages Policy
- Any damage caused to the equipment provided by The Sa’real Unwind will incur additional charges.
- The specific amount of these charges will be determined based on the item in question, and you will be billed accordingly for the cost of its replacement.
- An invoice will be generated and sent to you within seven (7) days of the damage occurring.
- Payment for the charges specified in the invoice must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt.
- Failure to make the payment within the specified timeframe may result in legal proceedings being initiated by The Sa’real Unwind to recover the outstanding amount.
Return Policy
- The Sa’real Unwind offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all unworn, undamaged items.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, the items must meet the following criteria:
- They must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received them.
- They must be complete with all original tags and packaging, if applicable.
- There must be no evidence of stains or odours.
- Any items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
- If you received The Sa’real Unwind merchandise as a gift, please ensure that you provide us with the order details from which the items were purchased. Failure to provide this information may result in the cancellation of any return requests and the items being returned to you.
Shipping Policy
- The Sa’real Unwind strives to process and dispatch orders in a timely manner.
- We aim to dispatch orders within 3-4 business days from the date of purchase.
- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a follow-up email with the relevant tracking information.
- Please note that we do not offer Sunday deliveries. Delivery timeframes do not include weekends or public holidays, and they may vary depending on your location.
- In the event that you are not present at the delivery address when the package arrives, Royal Mail will leave a card with your tracking number. This card will provide instructions on how to pick up your order from your local post office.
